Professional Playground Design Automation

NekoScape Playground Designer — playground design automation software. Create a complete
playground design
before your first
coffee break.

NekoScape is playground design software that automates your entire workflow — CAD layout plans, priced bills of quantities, and high-fidelity 3D visuals — in minutes, not hours. Built for UK playground designers, landscape architects and play-area contractors.

Single Dataset.
From raw site data to complete client proposal.
5 Automated Outputs
Priced BoQs, CAD layouts, 3D visuals and presentations.
On-Demand Turnaround
Eliminate external bottlenecks and accelerate your pipeline.
The Problem

The proposal bottleneck is costing you contracts

  • Days wasted on manual CAD drawings
Your team spends days manually drafting site plans, calculating quantities, and building 3D scenes — time that could be spent on winning new business and focussing on those large, flagship projects.
  • Compounding fees on outsourced 3D renders
Freelance 3D visualisers are expensive and slow. Clients don't wait — they take the bid that arrives first.
  • Headcount you can't afford to scale
Hiring specialist designers, CAD technicians, and 3D visualisers is a huge overhead for any company chasing volume.
The Solution

One tool. Every deliverable. Easy to use. Low overhead.

NekoScape is a sophisticated BIM (Building Information Modeling)-to-visualisation workflow designed specifically for the playground industry. It unifies the entire project lifecycle by seamlessly connecting raw data entry, technical CAD workflows, and high-end 3D visualisation into a single, automated ecosystem.

Full-color, to-scale PDF layout plans
Itemised bill of quantities
Up to 5-view fully rendered 3D visuals
Professional presentation posters
Built-in plot tool for site survey plans - No specialist software knowledge required
No AI — deterministic, no hallucinations, predictable, precise
Features

The NekoScape Toolset

A comprehensive playground design software suite — CAD layout tools, automated bill-of-quantities and quotation calculations, and a built-in 3D visualisation engine — that handles your layout data and streamlines your presentation workflow from a single interface.

Project Status Dashboard

See all active projects at a glance. Start, edit or continue any project with full progress tracking across every deliverable stage.

Automated Bill of Quantities

Select equipment type, theme, age range, budget and materials. NekoScape generates an optimised, priced equipment list automatically.

Product Management Tool

Built-in tool to manage your master product library. Add, edit and maintain your full product catalogue with pricing metadata and 2D/3D asset assignments.

Layout Plan Pipeline

Plot your site survey plan using the built-in "Plot Tool". NekoScape will optimise and place the selected equipment blocks in the drawing ready for you to position in your own CAD software. Then hand it back to NekoScape for automated scaling, colour hatching, annotation, and PDF generation.

3D Visualisation Engine

Choose your preferred scene options configuration including: grass styles, mound heights, hedge species, wall types, background themes, and up to 5 fully adjustable camera angles. NekoScape builds the entire 3D environment procedurally — no large scene files saved taking up valuable storage space.

Presentation Creator

Built-in template engine for those without their own templates. Choose layout style, rendered view placement, colour scheme, accreditation logos and your company branding.

The Roadmap Ahead

NekoScape is engineered as a high-velocity workflow engine. It is optimized to rapidly process standard-to-medium complexity play area designs, eliminating the everyday bottlenecks of data entry, CAD processing, and 3D rendering. By automating these standard tenders, your design team is freed up to focus their manual creativity on large, bespoke flagship projects. To maintain this automated speed, NekoScape focuses on new equipment layouts and standard site variables.

We are continuously expanding NekoScape’s capabilities. Our upcoming development cycles will address some of the unsupported features as well as including dedicated modules for: - M.U.G.A Engine: A dedicated Multi-Use Games Area creator module. - Smart Placement: An interactive, BS EN 1176/77-compliant "drag and drop" tool for equipment spacing. - Expanded Environments: Advanced tree species options and an extended library of themed backgrounds.

FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

Yes — with some limitations. It is entirely possible to create your own 2D CAD and 3D Blender files, but they must be set up in a very specific way to work with the software pipeline. This is why we insist on creating the first 50 products ourselves, to ensure everything is configured correctly from the start. After that, we are happy to provide detailed instructions for creating your own assets. Note that built-in environmental assets — fencing, gates, trees, surfacing textures and materials — cannot be user-created.
No problem at all. During the Asset Calibration Phase we work directly with you to ensure all built-in assets meet your chosen supplier's exact specifications. The built-in assets are bespoke to your business — they are not shared with other clients.

No. NekoScape does not use, train on, or rely on Artificial Intelligence or generative models. Every feature — from the fence optimisation calculations to the 3D landscape building — runs entirely on high-precision procedural algorithms and deterministic software engineering.

Why this gives you complete peace of mind:

100% Predictable and Accurate: Because NekoScape uses strict geometric and mathematical rules, your scale DXF plans, itemised bills of quantities, and fence calculations are perfectly precise every single time. Zero guesswork.

Absolute Data Privacy: Your proprietary equipment libraries, client spreadsheets, and project site coordinates belong entirely to you. No AI model runs in the background — your commercial data is never uploaded, analysed, or used to train public algorithms.

Total Human Control: NekoScape is a superpower for your existing workflow, not a black box making random design choices. You control every parameter — from mound heights down to specific camera angles.

A dedicated GPU is highly recommended for the best experience, particularly for 3D rendering performance.

After signing up and paying the £1,500 base onboarding deposit, we will contact you within one business day to walk through the onboarding process including the hand off any existing product info, models/files and price lists so we can begin creating your NekoScape compatible Digital Twin library — Blender 3D models and CAD blocks for your first 50 core products, as well as other core assets and pricing metadata. This typically takes 3–4 weeks. Once complete, you review and sign off the library, pay the remaining balance (if required), and your first subscription month begins. The software unlocks immediately at that point. Additional products beyond the first 50 can be migrated in batches of 50 at £15 per item.
No — and intentionally so. NekoScape is designed to work alongside your existing CAD software, not replace it. You continue to do the layout design in the tool your team is already fast and familiar with. NekoScape handles everything else: dropping your pre-configured assets into position, colour hatching, fence optimisation, 3D scene building, rendering, and PDF generation. It automates the gruelling technical execution so your team can spend their time on what they do best.

The initial release does not support:

- Legacy or existing on-site equipment tracking within the visuals.

- Complex terrain modification (such as multi-level grading, water features, or placing assets directly on mounds).

- Custom landscape architecture (such as bespoke planting, natural log features, or custom background uploads).

The Roadmap Ahead

We are continuously expanding NekoScape’s capabilities. Our upcoming development cycles will address some of the unsupported features previously mentioned as well as including dedicated modules for:

- M.U.G.A Engine: A dedicated Multi-Use Games Area creator module.

- Smart Placement: An interactive, BS EN 1176/77-compliant "drag and drop" tool for equipment spacing.

- Expanded Environments: Advanced tree species options and an extended library of themed backgrounds.
